We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Designated agent
Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Send notices of claimed infringement to:
Global Domain Media, LLC Attn: Copyright Agent 1314 E Las Olas Blvd, Suite 2125, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 Email: gdmdmca (@) gmail (.) com Phone: (561) 247-2030
You can also submit a notice at https://koinshop.retroky.com/legal/notice.
2. What your notice must include
Your notice must be in writing and include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If there are several works, a representative list is enough.
The specific location (URL) of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
Incomplete notices may not be acted on. Knowingly false claims can lead to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
3. What we do
When we receive a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material. We will also make reasonable efforts to notify the person who posted it.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above. It must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
A description of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and phone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
We will forward your counter-notice to the person who filed the original notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days, unless they tell us that they have filed a court action.
5. Repeat infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
6. Customer websites
Websites built on our platform are operated by our customers. Notices about content on those websites may be sent to the website operator, to the agent above, or to both. We will forward notices and act where required.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The then-current version posted on this page applies, and we will change the "Last updated" date. If we make a material change, such as a change to how we use your information, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email if we have your address, or by a notice on the Site or in your account dashboard, before it takes effect.
