Part B: Default consent for business websites (sent by the website owner)
Businesses that use our platform, called "Workspace Owners," send their own texts to their own leads. The Workspace Owner is the sender and is responsible for consent. The default language below is provided for convenience. The Workspace Owner must review it and make sure it fits its business.
B1. Lead form consent (separate, unchecked checkbox)
☐ By checking this box, I agree to receive calls and text messages from Retro Hub Egypt, including marketing messages and messages sent using automated technology, at the phone number I provided, about my inquiry and related real estate services. Rules for this checkbox:
It must be unchecked by default.
It must be separate from any agreement to the Terms.
It must name only the business that will contact the person. Do not use "and its partners."

B4. Workspace Owner responsibilities
The Workspace Owner must:
register its brand and campaign for A2P 10DLC, or use another approved sender type;
keep records of each person's consent, including the date, time, form, and wording shown, for at least 5 years;
honor opt-outs right away, and in any case within 10 business days, across every channel the opt-out covers;
scrub marketing calls against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state lists;
follow the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act and similar state laws, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier rules; and
not use purchased or shared lead lists for texting.
Part C: Call transcription, recording, and AI-assistant disclosure
C1. How the phone features work
AI phone receptionist. An AI voice assistant answers the call. The caller's voice is processed live so the assistant can respond, and the conversation is transcribed in real time. The business receives a written transcript. No audio recording is saved.
Call-tracking numbers. Calls are forwarded to the business's own line. They are not recorded unless the business turns on the optional recording setting. If it is on, the call is recorded from the moment it is answered, and the business can access the audio.
Transfers to a person. When the AI assistant transfers a caller to a team member, the team member hears a short private summary before the caller is connected. Transfers are not recorded.
C2. Why a notice is required even without a recording
Florida's law (Fla. Stat. § 934.03) prohibits intercepting an oral or phone conversation without the consent of everyone on the call. Live transcription by automated tools, and any temporary audio processing by a voice vendor, can count as interception even if no recording is saved. California, Washington, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Illinois, Maryland, Montana, New Hampshire, and other states have similar all-party consent rules. Some states also require businesses to disclose when a caller is speaking with an AI. If any participant on a call is in one of these states, the stricter rule applies.
C3. Required opening notice: AI phone receptionist
The first thing the caller hears must include a notice like this one:
"Hi, you've reached Retro Hub Egypt. I'm a virtual assistant. This call may be transcribed and analyzed by automated tools for quality and follow-up. How can I help?"
C4. Required opening notice: call-tracking numbers
Recording off (default): No notice is needed for simple forwarding. If the business uses any transcription or note-taking tool on these calls, it must use the C3 notice.
Recording on: The caller must hear this before the call connects:
"Thanks for calling Retro Hub Egypt. This call is recorded and may be transcribed for quality and follow-up."
The team member answering must also know that the line is recorded.
C5. Outbound calls
If you record or transcribe an outbound call, say at the start: "This call may be recorded and transcribed. Is that okay with you?" If the person says no, stop recording and transcription.
C6. What callers can expect
Transcripts, and any recordings, are kept according to the business's settings and Global Domain Media's Privacy Policy.
Callers may ask the business to delete their transcript or recording, subject to the business's legal duties to keep records.
A caller who does not want to be transcribed can hang up and contact the business by email or through its website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The then-current version posted here applies. If we make a material change, such as a change to how we use your phone number or message data, we will give at least 30 days' notice by text message, email, or in the account dashboard before it takes effect. A change never expands the messages you agreed to receive without asking for your consent again.
